Role: Certified CCIE Network Architect
Location: Roseville, CA (Onsite) (Initial travel required 1-2 weeks in a month with T&E will be paid)
Duration: Long-term/Fulltime
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Design: Design, deploy, and optimize complex Layer 2/Layer 3 fabric infrastructure, often utilizing Spine-Leaf topologies.
Infrastructure Management: Implement and manage Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS), SAN environments, and storage protocols.
Automation & Cloud: Utilize scripting languages (Python) and automation tools for orchestrating data center operations.
Strategy & Security: Define data center policy, ensure security compliance, and plan for capacity, disaster recovery, and power/cooling.
Technical Leadership: Lead technical discussions, create documentation, and provide expert-level troubleshooting for critical issues.
• Certification: Active CCIE Data Center certification is typically required.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Cisco Nexus (NX-OS, ACI), Cisco UCS, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Networking Knowledge: Expert understanding of BGP, MPLS, and network virtualization.
• Experience: Generally, 5-7+ years of experience in designing and supporting complex data center environments.
