Develop and implement a comprehensive certification learning strategy for ServiceNow employees.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify learning needs and create targeted training programs.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to ensure the learning strategy remains relevant and effective.
Design and deliver engaging training materials, including online courses, classroom sessions, and virtual learning opportunities.
Evaluate the effectiveness of the learning programs and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve outcomes.
Manage a team of learning professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of the learning strategy.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage resources and expertise for the certification learning program.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to align the learning strategy with overall company goals and objectives.
Monitor and manage the budget for the certification learning program.
Act as a mentor and coach for employees seeking certification and support their professional development.
Communicate regularly with employees to promote the benefits of the certification program and encourage participation.
Stay informed on the latest adult learning principles and methodologies, incorporating them into the certification learning strategy.
Analyze data and metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of the certification learning program.
Stay updated on new and emerging technologies and tools to enhance the learning experience for employees.
