About the Role: CEO Business Mentor
We’re seeking experienced entrepreneurs who have scaled their own companies to the 7-figure mark (or beyond) and are ready to coach fellow business owners through that same growth journey.
As a CEO Business Mentor, you will:
• Coach advanced business clients through strategic scaling using our proprietary SCALEit Method®
• Guide clients in areas like business planning, operational systems, marketing, team leadership, and creative problem-solving
• Build long-lasting, high-impact relationships with a portfolio of approximately 18 assigned clients
• Facilitate sales conversations at live events.
• Collaborate with our incredible Mentor Team to share insights, sharpen strategy, and raise the bar together.
Position Highlights
✅ Remote-first (with in-person PGN events in San Diego 3x per year)
✅ ~20 hours/week client coaching (plus trainings and events)

Who You Are
You’re a fit for this role if you:
• Have successfully run and scaled your own 7-figure company (an exit is a bonus!)
• Love mentoring and coaching others through both wins and challenges
• Thrive in high-level business strategy, especially around operations, marketing, and sales
• Are tech-savvy and fluent in tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, CRMs, and business apps
• Are highly organized, proactive, and emotionally intelligent
• Understand the entrepreneur mindset—its brilliance, its blind spots, and its boldness
• Are energized by helping others unlock clarity, confidence, and results

Core Requirements:
• 5+ years in Business Ownership.
• Proven track record in team building, sales, and marketing
• Project management and operational planning experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a knack for building trust and asking the right questions
• Must love learning, growing, and being part of something bigger than yourself
