Centralized Accounts Payable Specialist

Overview:
A fast-paced accounting position with a growing Hospitality Management Company. Accounts Payable responsibilities include invoice processing, data entry, payment processing, reviewing/approving expense reports, reporting, and monthly close for multiple entities. May also include special projects such as general ledger reconciliation, research, and audit responses.

Responsibilities:
Receiving and organizing invoices via multiple sourcesGL coding and review,Data entryCheck printing/payment processingStatement reconciliationReportingMonth-end closing processesSpecial AP projects, including, but not limited to:Pre-opening and transition invoice processing for new propertiesBalance sheet reconciliation and researchAP tasks for several entities are managed centrally, and therefore this position will be from the home office and not at the physical location of the entity.

Qualifications:
High School GraduateAccounting/Finance experience, must have knowledge of AP processingFluency in English, both verbal and non-verbalAble to provide and follow professional communication and directions and work independentlyAble to prioritize; work must be timely and accurateProficient with 10 KeyProficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and OutlookGeneral Ledger experience preferredOracle, HIA, and Craftable experience preferredExtended time working at a computer and sitting at a deskLocation: Home Office, Englewood, CO.
