Central Processing - Online Banking
Grand Valley Bank is seeking to fill a full-time Central Processing Specialist/Online Banking position for our 7th St. branch, located at 925 N. 7th St. Grand Junction, CO 81501. This position is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. If you are interested, please submit your resume through Indeed.com.
A CPS assists customers with online banking and bill-pay services, takes customer service phone calls, processes wires and stop payments, and assists customers with Zelle transactions. All CPS employees are expected to promote and exemplify the highest level of customer service, representing the Bank with confidence and confidentiality while staying current on Bank policies, procedures, and financial reporting best practices.

Applicants for this position should possess the following:
Previous banking experience (REQUIRED)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to act with integrity
Ability to work accurately and efficiently with attention to detail
Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office
Excellent math skills; 10-key a plus
Successful time-management and organizational habits, prioritizing punctuality and attendance
Effective conflict-resolution and reasoning skills
ENVIRONMENT: This job takes place in an office setting, both sitting and standing behind a desk, with light to moderate physical lifting requirements.
