Central Next Steps Pastor

Would you like to journey with people who are new to the church or new to their faith as they take next steps in becoming passionate disciples of Jesus? Are you a seasoned leader, who can manage people, oversee significant ministry areas, and recruit and train volunteers with the perfect balance of being people-focused while also strategically missional? Would you like to be an integral part of helping guests transition from their first visit to being fully engaged in the life and ministries of Christ Community Church? Does the thought of growing, developing and leading a great team of volunteers, pouring into them to help them develop into strong, healthy, committed believers sound like something you were made to do? In this exciting full-time pastoral position you would use your administration, teaching, leadership, and shepherding gifts as you provide leadership and oversight of the Next Steps processes for Christ Community Church. This role designs and implements the processes used to bring new attenders into full participation in the church. Leading the Rooted ministry, and overseeing baptisms and membership, this role helps people take next steps through all phases of the discipleship process. We see this person as a vital key in helping people become thriving followers of Jesus Christ, who are fully engaged in the life of Christ Community Church.
