About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultant to join our growing team. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work with top-tier clients across the U.S., helping them optimize and transform their sales, service, and marketing operations using the power of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
What You'll Do:
Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of D365 CE solutions tailored to client needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Configure D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.) to support business processes
Deliver engaging training sessions and support user adoption
Provide ongoing support and optimization of deployed solutions
Stay current on Microsoft's roadmap to advise clients on future enhancements and capabilities
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)
Strong understanding of Sales, Customer Service, and/or Marketing modules
Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional designs
Experience working in Agile environments and with Power Platform integrations (Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, MB-210) are a plus
