CDP Product Leader - Remote Opportunity
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced CDP Product Leader to join our team at Delta Airlines. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development, configuration, and maintenance of our Real-time Customer Data Platform (CDP), Adobe Experience Platform. This is a remote opportunity, offering a competitive salary of $30 per hour.
Job Summary:
In this role, you will provide technical expertise to our team, troubleshooting technical issues, advising on best practices, and supplying technical guidance to our internal stakeholders. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences will be essential to your success. You will also collaborate with IT and other organizations to align on technical needs and implementations, stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and conduct regular audits to ensure optimal use of the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet organizational needs
Support new development, configuration, and maintenance on the platform
Provide technical guidance and expertise to internal stakeholders regarding segment-building and RT-CDP platform
Troubleshoot technical issues related to the platform and implement solutions
Collaborate with IT and other organizations to align on technical needs and implementations
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to the Adobe Experience Platform
Conduct regular audits to ensure optimal use of the platform
Lead training sessions to upskill internal stakeholders on the effective use of the platform
Collaborate with Adobe Support and Consulting agencies to coordinate product upgrades and workarounds
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience related to technical data manipulation and marketing solution experience
Strong technical skills, especially with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Strong analytical skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
Experience with Customer Data structures that incorporate Adobe Experience Platform or similar structures like Salesforce C360 or Segment
Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing complex organization-level structures
In-depth knowledge of data governance and data manipulation best practices
Prior experience in a large-scale e-commerce or digital business organization environment, ideally with a focus on customer journey optimization
