Overview
The CDP Processor I is responsible for preparing and completing final review of Consumer and Commercial loan documents for retail branches while providing uniformity of loan documents through a platform automation system in a centralized department.

Responsibilities
Review commercial and consumer loan requests submitted by lending personnel for accuracy and completeness
Ā Prepare commercial and consumer loan document packages for all commercial and consumer loan requests to include all real estate and non-real estate requests
Ā Process commercial and consumer extensions, admin renewals, modifications, change in terms, release/substitute collateral, and subordination documents
Ā Review loan packages for accuracy and correct errors before releasing documents to lenders
Ā Use loan processing software and other bank software (LaserPro, DecisionPro, IGNITE, IBS, ISView, Word and Excel) effectively
Ā Apply basic processing skills and banking terms
Ā Apply basic knowledge of loan documentation, loan policy, compliance, and CDP procedures to generate accurate and complete loan packages within department time standards
Ā Communicate clearly and professionally with lending personnel to obtain additional information when necessary
Ā Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Ā High school diploma or equivalent required
Ā Minimum of 1 year of job related experience with loan documentation preferred
Ā Good critical thinking skills
Ā Good attention to detail
Ā Ability to learn basic knowledge of general banking terms
Ā Ability to work well with other team members
Ā Ability to maintain processing error rates less than established department standards
Ā Ability to read, understand and apply instructional materials
Ā Ability to read, understand and apply loan documentation, loan policy, compliance and loan procedures
Ā Possess basic computer skills and knowledge
Ā Good verbal and written communications skills
Ā Good work ethic
