As a Driver Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for transporting and replenishing shelves with some of the most sought-after beverages in the market, while working within your community and having a local route. Job Summary As a CDL Local Driver Merchandiser, you'll play a critical role in delivering our products to customers and consumers across Abilene, TX. You'll be responsible for safely transporting and merchandising our products, ensuring that they're displayed and rotated according to company standards. You'll also be an ambassador for our brand, interacting with customers, shoppers, and other stakeholders to build relationships and drive sales. Key Responsibilities Delivering and Merchandising Products: Deliver, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards, ensuring that they're easily accessible and appealing to consumers. Communicating with Customers and Shoppers: Interact with customers, shoppers, and other stakeholders to build relationships, drive sales, and gather feedback. Managing Accounts and Invoicing: Settle all accounts daily by invoicing and collecting payments, ensuring that transactions are accurate and efficient. Maintaining Company Assets: Pick up company property and secure company assets, ensuring that they're safely stored and protected. Ensuring Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and environmental sustainability. Physical Demands: Ability to repetitively lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds Reach above head height Stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Valid CDL: Valid Class-A Commercial Drivers License issued by only one state or jurisdiction with NO INTERSTATE RESTRICTIONS, in accordance with FMCSA guidelines. Clean Driving Record: Clean driving record, with a minimum age requirement of 21 years old. Physical Qualification: Physically qualified to drive a CMV in accordance with DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations. Driver's Road Test: Able to successfully complete a driver's road test and certification or provide an equivalent valid certificate in accordance with DOT regulations. Physical Abilities: Ability to repetitively lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach. Work Experience: Minimum 1-year of general work experience. Independence: Ability to work with minimal supervision. Preferred Experience: Local Delivery Experience: Local delivery experience preferred and/or 6-months of verifiable driving experience. Commercial Driver's License: Driver applicants with a current Commercial Driver's License, but less than 6 months of experience will be required to complete a paid driver training program. Grocery Store and Consumer Products Experience: Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus. What We Offer Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of up to $29.43 per hour, based on experience.
