Work days/Shift Hours: Monday - Friday from 4:30am until route is complete
Additional Relevant Information: Must be 21+, Valid Drivers License/CDL Required, Merchandising, Grocery, Commercial Driving and Stocking Experience Preferred.
Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $21.25 to $26.75 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities
Β Check accuracy and stability of the load
Β Deliver, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards
Β Communicate with other company employees, customers and shoppers
Β Settle all accounts daily by invoicing and collecting payments
Β Pick up company property and secure company assets
Β Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
Qualifications
Β Valid Class-A Commercial Drivers License issued by only one state or jurisdiction with NO INTERSTATE RESTRICTIONS, in accordance with FMCSA guidelines minimum age requirement is 21 years old
Β Clean Driving Record
Β Be physically qualified to drive a CMV in accordance with DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations
Β Able to successfully complete a drivers road test and certification or be able to provide an equivalent valid certificate in accordance with DOT regulations
Β Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach
Β Minimum 1-year of general work experience
Β Ability to work with minimal supervision
Preferred Experience
Β Local delivery experience preferred and/or 6-months of verifiable driving experience
Β Driver applicants with a current Commercial Driver's License, but less than 6 months of experience will be required to complete a paid driver training program
Β Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
