Position: CDL Class B Driver – Waste Removal
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22 – $28 Per Hour
Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Description:
As a CDL Class B Driver, you will operate heavy-duty trucks and are responsible for the collection of residential household waste or recyclable material. You will transport the material to a disposal, transfer, or recycle facility when trucks reach legal load capacity.
Requirements:
– Valid Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement as required by law.
– Safe driving record and history.
– Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
– Ability to push and pull a large container to/from the end of a truck.
– Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings and in all weather conditions.
– Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and physical fitness testing.
Responsibilities:
– Navigate high traffic and congested roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots.
– Drive trucks along established routes through residential streets, alleys, and business areas.
– Follow daily route assignments as directed by dispatchers.
– Ensure safety practices are followed at all times.
– Participate in regular safety meetings and adhere to all company policies.
Education and Experience:
– Minimum: High school diploma or GED
– Preferred: Prior experience in the waste industry or as a CDL driver.
