Job Summary:
We are looking for a full-time CDL Class A Truck Driver for our Reefer Transport division at PepsiCo. The salary is $75,000 per year with the potential for overtime. The right candidate will have the benefit of comprehensive health and dental coverage, paid training, and paid vacations.
Job Description:
PepsiCo is seeking a dedicated and reliable CDL Class A Truck Driver for reefer transport. In this role, you will provide critical services by transporting temperature-controlled goods across the country while ensuring on-time delivery. You will also be responsible for maintaining the safety and cleanliness of your vehicle.
Responsibilities:
– Safe and responsible operation of assigned equipment
– Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards, and guidelines
– Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards
– Maintaining accurate records and logs
– Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by the customer
Requirements:
– Must possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A
– Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
– Must have a clean driving record
– Must have a minimum of 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
Educational Qualifications:
– High School diploma or equivalent
– Professional driving school certification preferred
Experience:
– Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
– Driving in all weather conditions
