We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time CDL Class A Truck Driver for long-haul assignments across the United States. This position offers an annual salary range of $70,000 – $80,000, including benefits such as health, dental, vision, and life insurance, alongside paid training and vacations.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a tractor-trailer that transports cargo to and from specified destinations. The driver will be required to prepare, receive and provide appropriate documentation for the delivery or pick up of goods to ensure timely service. The Driver will maintain logs of travel and cargo according to federal and state regulations.
Responsibilities:
– Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck
– Load and unload cargo
– Properly track and document activity log
– Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
– Inspect truck before and after trip
Requirements:
– Valid and current Class A CDL
– Minimum 2 years of recent driving experience
– Ability to handle physical workload
– Ability to meet all DOT requirements
– Strong work ethic
Educational Qualifications:
– High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
– CDL Class A driver’s training certificate
