CDL A Team Truck Driver
Seeking a dedicated CDL A Company Reefer Driver for OTR trips.
A CDL A is a prerequisite for this position, and individuals with at least 6 months of related experience are preferred
Ā There is a potential for pay and additional incentives based on driving distances in the 2,000-2,500 miles bracket every week
Ā After completing their 90-day probation, employees will receive a one-cent raise, with subsequent one-cent annual increases on their anniversary dates until they reach a maximum of seventy cents per mile
Ā Monthly Bonus scheme that rewards performance with a payout rate of $.05 per month per thousand views (Top Range)
Ā The pay rate for drivers includes a per diem allowance of 10 cents per mile
Ā Military Pay
Ā Drivers who are actively serving or have had recent experience within the last two years
Ā - Earn an additional penny per thousand views with a confirmed two-year tenure
Ā Employees who have been confirmed as working for more than two years will receive a pay raise of 0.02 cents per impression

Ā - Confined to a speed of 65 mph, extending to 68 mph when utilizing cruise control

Ā Orientation and Onboarding are essential components of the employee integration process, designed to facilitate a smooth transition into the organization. Participants can look forward to a $500 reward upon the completion of Orientation

Physicals
Candidates are required to present a physical examination done within the past half-year, valid for at least 6 months with an expiry date at least 3 months away, or undergo a fresh medical assessment either before the orientation or upon arrival in Fort Dodge, IA.
Drug Test
Each potential candidate is required to undergo pre-employment drug testing, which includes both a urinalysis and a hair follicle examination, before participating in the Orientation process. In case it is not feasible to finish these examinations before the event, they will be conducted on the opening day of the Orientation. Until the results show negative, drivers will not be cleared to operate their assigned vehicle.
Students
The training period is structured over four weeks, with the first week dedicated to Orientation and the subsequent three weeks consisting of hands-on training with an OTR trainer
100 payment is given for each day in the orientation program and under the mentor's guidance
The company offers to cover up to $6,000 in tuition fees
