Job details:
• Weekly Mileage: 2500 - 3000
• Home Time: 2 full days off every 2 weeks
• Trucks: Automatic, under 2 years old
• Shifts: Flexible day/night
• Bonuses: Monthly performance-based
• Training: Paid (3–4 weeks) for No Experience
• Freight: 100% no-touch
Pay Structure:
During Trainee Program (4–5 weeks):
• $650 per week while running OTR with a mentor
After Completing Training (Solo Driver):
• Average weekly pay: $1,200 – $1,700
• Pay increases with performance and experience
Requirements:
• Must have valid CDL-A License
• NO SAP
• 21+ years old
• MVR reviewed on a case-by-case basis
• Must be able to pass DOT physical and drug screening.
Responsibilities
• Operate a tractor and 53' dry van trailer safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members to coordinate routes and schedules.
• Conduct PTI to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and deliveries, following company policies.
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism while representing the company on the road.
