Job Summary:
As a Back of Catering Cook at Chick-fil-A, you will play an essential role in delivering quality food and service. Youll be responsible for preparing, assembling, and presenting meals to Chick-fil-A standards. Responsibilities:
β’ Safely and efficiently prepare, cook, and assemble a variety of food items
β’ Master the art of working in different kitchen stations, including prepping, breading, frying, assembling dishes, and managing the workflow
β’ Keep the kitchen tidy and well-maintained continually
β’ Keep an eye on inventory levels and replenish supplies and ingredients as required
β’ Stick to Chick-fil-A's directives on maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
β’ Keep up to date and follow the new menu introductions and training methods
β’ Speedily report equipment issues to those in charge
β’ Carry out the specified responsibilities for starting or ending daily operations
β’ Follow all the regulations, standards, and protocols concerning behavior, appearance, and company requirements
β’ Perform supplementary tasks as delegated
Qualifications and Experience:
β’ Consistent performance, reliability, and punctuality are indispensable
β’ Adopting an upbeat attitude and embodying a service-oriented mindset
β’ Competent in building relationships and articulating thoughts proficiently
β’ Expert in handling various tasks simultaneously and staying well-organized in a high-tempo environment
β’ Adept at performing tasks independently or as a cohesive team member
β’ Fluid availability for a diverse array of work hours
β’ - Being able to lift 45 to 50 pounds routinely is a key aspect of the position
β’ Having the capacity to remain standing for long durations
β’ Regardless of experience, the correct candidate will be trained accordingly
