Position Summary/Objective

The Senior Data Analyst will oversee all capacities of product data analysis to ensure the accuracy and thoroughness in content and presentation on websites in order to offer the best-in-class digital catalogs for our Members. The Senior Data Analyst will take data supplied and curated by Vendor Relations Managers and dissect/disseminate to Product Data Specialists (data entry) in an effective manner, ensuring maximum data integrity of AVB’s product catalog.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and plan work according to importance of brand to client base
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks when requested by the Manager
• Continually work to improve data analysis efficiency, offering feedback, ideas, and suggestions to Manager
• Assist Product Data Specialists with product data, when needed, to offer support and guidance on how to manage data entry, assist with QA feedback and training new hires
• Audit and analyze current catalog content prior to data entry tasks being submitted to ensure redundancy/duplication efforts are avoided
• Attend all virtual meetings scheduled by Manager, including, but not limited to, weekly team meetings and other AVB department meetings
• Provide direct and indirect feedback to Managers and Associates to help improve SKU input in LINQ and identify areas for improvement
• Update data entry guidelines (PKB) used by Product Data Specialists for data standards
• Monitors own and Vendor Relations Manager workflow to ensure quality work and that updates are being made in a consistent and timely fashion to meet all deadlines
• Communicate with vendors and other departments within AVB to obtain information and assets needed to carry out requests to completion efficiently and in a timely manner
• Respond to all communications in a timely manner via email, Teams chat or channels, etc.
• Execute tasks as assigned by Manager whether they’re auditing/analyzing new products from updated/new data received or product improvements on existing SKUs
• Execute other related duties as assigned by Manager including, but not limited to, gap analysis/SKU mapping, managing promos (bedding), and other various projects as needed

Remote Work/Travel: This position will work remotely from a home address and subject to AVB’s Remote Work policies and procedures which are then in effect. In addition, from time to time, this position will be required to engage in travel, including travel to attend AVB’s Annual All-Employee Meeting as well as other travel obligations which may be required of the position such as meetings with members, attendance at conventions and shows and other events where you will represent AVB. Required Skills And Abilities
• Strong Excel knowledge and skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Self-motivated perfectionist with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Extremely customer-focused; positive, professional attitude

Education And Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2 or more years of experience with data entry, data integrity and/or product data
• High level of Microsoft Excel experience required

Physical Requirements
• Prolonged period of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
