In this position, you will be responsible for investigating the origin and cause of claims by contacting various parties, including insureds, claimants, agents, attorneys, and contractors. You will need to identify complex issues and seek assistance when necessary. The role also involves conducting on-site inspections, evaluating damages, and negotiating claims with insureds, claimants, and public adjusters. You will interpret and apply policies, leases, by-laws, declarations, and contract coverages to assigned losses, ensuring that all parties are informed about the claim process and status. Additionally, you will serve as a mentor and subject matter expert for less experienced adjusters, sharing your extensive knowledge of the claims handling process. The position reports to a Manager in Adjusting Services and is designed for individuals with a strong background in handling Bodily Injury claims, particularly those represented by attorneys. Requirements
