Your primary responsibilities will involve operating cash registers, handling cash transactions with customers, scanning goods and collect payments, issuing receipts, refunds, change or tickets, and maintaining a clean and tidy checkout area.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills
Basic mathematical skills
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Responsibilities:
Handle cash transactions with customers using cash registers
Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
Collect payments and provide change or receipts
Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area
Provide outstanding customer service
Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
Educational Qualifications:
A high school degree or equivalent is preferred but not necessary. On-the-job training will be provided.
Experience:
Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage but not required as we will provide full training.
