Applicants can live anywhere within the continental USA.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm Mountain Time. Works with third-party insurers, Medicaid, Medicare and assigned pharmacy locations to resolve unapplied cash issues in a timely mannerFacilitate the escheatment process for the stateWorks with responsible parties, receiving in/out bound telephone calls, providing customer service and following-upWorks with internal and external customers to resolve assigned portfolio of accounts. Productivity records will also be maintainedWorks with Facility Collection Manager /Supervisor in researching pharmacy accounts requiring special attention, as indicated on reports and taking all necessary actionsWorks with Facility Collection Manager /Supervisor and other members of the management team on special projects as needed.Performs other tasks as assignedConducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standardsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
