Case Manager - Ramsey County
Pinnacle Services, Inc. is an innovative agency experiencing rapid growth in the Case Management department. They are seeking friendly, self-starting professionals to join their Ramsey County Case Management team, focusing on providing high-quality services to individuals with various needs. The role involves assessing client needs, coordinating resources, and monitoring service delivery.
