You'll work closely with different teams within the Operations department, developing valuable skills in various aspects of business operations. Key Responsibilities Support the operations team in day-to-day activities, including case analysis, document verification, and database management Assist in conducting background verification checks for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues or customer inquiries in a timely manner Contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization Perform outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to maintain data confidentiality and security Complete assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications Recent graduate (2024) in any field, without any full-time prior experience Strong communication skills , both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with call-making and telephone etiquette Career Growth and Learning Benefits At Springworks, we invest in the employee experience and believe in higher education and life-long learning.
