As our Carrier Liaison on the Carrier Relations team, you’ll build and manage strong relationships with insurance carriers, run carrier meetings and communications, and keep our carrier databases up to date. You’ll review contracts and licensure obligations, coordinate carrier resources and sponsorships, support producers with carrier negotiations, and handle planning, reporting, and analysis to help maximize our business results. We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: 2+ years of experience in insurance, marketing, or a related discipline Experience managing carrier or vendor relationships and coordinating meetings/communications Experience reviewing carrier contracts, appointment paperwork, and license management Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills Ability to analyze carrier performance, review claims information, and support business planning These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: Property & Casualty license preferred, or the ability to obtain upon hire Strong insurance industry knowledge Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Experience supporting producer negotiations or coordinating sponsorships/events Familiarity with license record-keeping systems or carrier supplemental compensation documentation We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
