As a Cargo Agent (Customer Service Agent) at blithequark's Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) station, you will be at the forefront of this mission, serving as the face of blithequark's cargo operations by interacting directly with customers both in person and over the phone. Key Responsibilities: The Heart of blithequark's Customer Service Provide top-notch customer service to a diverse range of clients, addressing their queries, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally. Engage in face-to-face and phone interactions with customers, embodying blithequark's values and ensuring a positive customer experience. Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure the smooth operation of cargo services, adhering to safety and security protocols. Handle and process cargo-related documentation and data, utilizing basic digital literacy skills. Operate within a dynamic scheduling environment, with shifts that may range from early morning to overnight, and work hours varying between 20 and 40 hours per week based on seniority and operational needs. Comply with all safety and security procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and passing a physical ability test (PAT). Being at least 18 years of age with authorization to work in the United States. A valid driver's license. Basic digital literacy skills. While not mandatory, having previous experience in cargo freight and warehouse operations, as well as typing/computer skills, will give you a competitive edge in this role.
