What You'll Do as a PSS:
• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs
• Assist with meal prep, feeding, light housekeeping, and mobility
• Offer friendly support and companionship
• Follow each client’s personalized care plan
• Keep simple, clear notes on care provided
What You Need:
• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and follow directions
• A valid PSS certificate or willingness to complete training within 6 months (we’ll help you get there!)
• A compassionate attitude and strong people skills
