As a Vitality Living Caretaker, you will impact lives as you:
ā¢ Assist residents with the performance of activities, simple treatments, and emotional health and/or problem behavioral issues as indicated in service plans
ā¢ Assist in the development and revision of service plans by informing the supervisor of current resident needs and preferences, as well as successful service approaches
ā¢ Observe and report resident problems to LPN (if on duty) or Medication Tech/Aid
ā¢ Attend and participate in onboarding, annual and in-service training and team member meetings, as requested
ā¢ Perform other duties as assigned by Wellness Director

ā¢ Must be at least 18 years old
ā¢ Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
ā¢ Maintain any certification as required by state or provincial regulations
ā¢ Meet state or provincial health related requirements
