Requirements:
Access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of managing social media and website chat functionalities.
Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
Reliable internet connection for uninterrupted work.
Skills/Background Needed:
Strong ability to communicate effectively and provide helpful customer service.
Capacity to manage multiple chats simultaneously with high attention to detail.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not necessary.
