Job Summary:
Join our growing team of remote virtual receptionists and play a vital role in the success of our clients. As a key member of our company, you'll provide warm, professional, and efficient phone support to businesses across a variety of industries. There will be opportunities for advancement for candidates who excel in the role.
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls promptly and with a positive, helpful attitude
• Accurately capture caller information and... messages, ensuring timely delivery
• Address basic client questions according to established guidelines
• Schedule appointments and/or transfer calls
• Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met
Required Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
• Computer proficiency and typing skills
Experience
• 1+ years of customer service or receptionist experience (previous remote work experience is a plus).
Preferred Experience:
• Prior employment in a remote-based role
• Prior customer service experience, particularly in a phone-based role
• Familiarity with CRM software or appointment scheduling tools
• Fluency in Spanish is desired
Required Equipment:
• Computer with the ability to run Chrome or our carrier's desktop app
• Strong, reliable WiFi
• Headset with microphone
• Quiet workspace where you can field phone calls
