SAP Intern – Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and curious SAP Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience with SAP solutions in a professional setting. This internship is a great opportunity to learn how SAP supports business processes and to work alongside experienced project leaders and consultants. You will support various activities across SAP systems, help with analysis and reporting tasks, and assist in documentation and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day tasks related to SAP systems.
• Assist in gathering Project Management Office (PMO) and/or business requirements and translating them into processes.
• Help with PMO task coordination, reporting, system setup, and documentation.
• Participate in meetings and shadow team members to understand SAP project lifecycles.
• Contribute to documentation of system processes and user guides.
• Stay engaged and eager to learn new SAP modules and tools.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science.
• Strong interest in learning about SAP and enterprise business systems.
• Analytical thinker with good organization, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Self-driven and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
• Basic knowledge of SAP or ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Data analysis and reporting tools.
• Understanding of core Business Administration and functions like finance, logistics, or procurement.
• Critical Thinking
• Attention to detail
