Care Review Clinician, Inpatient Review LPN
We are seeking an experienced Care Review Clinician, Inpatient Review LPN to join Molina Healthcare. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to join a well-respected organization and have a significant impact in the lives of our members. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive clinical review for inpatient hospital admissions to ensure medical necessity and appropriateness of care and services.The ideal candidate will have an LPN license, a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, and a background in inpatient utilization review. The candidate must also have excellent clinical assessment, interpersonal, and communication skills. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and able to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate must have a strong commitment to quality and customer service.
