We’re supported by top, mission-driven VCs to empower families throughout the country.The RoleThe schedule for this role may vary between 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM U.S. Mountain Time.We are seeking a highly organized and people-focused Care Operations Scheduling Lead to oversee and optimize our scheduling operations. This role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination between clinical teams and caregivers, while leading and developing a team of scheduling associates.The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare scheduling experience, leadership capability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead, manage, and support a team of scheduling associates to ensure high performance and efficiencyOversee daily scheduling operations, ensuring accurate and timely coordination between clinical teams and caregiversCoordinate key workflows including SOC (Start of Care), recertifications, and ongoing scheduling needsTrain, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and maintain quality standardsIdentify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance scheduling efficiency and accuracyCollaborate cross-functionally with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless service deliveryMonitor team performance, KPIs, and scheduling outcomes to drive operational excellenceThe Requirements:5+ years of experience in healthcare, or 2+ years of leadership experience in healthcare schedulingStrong experience managing or leading teams in an operations or scheduling environmentProficiency in Google Sheets and/or ExcelBackground in healthcare, BPO, or technology-driven operationsExcellent communication and coaching skillsStrong English communication skills (verbal and written)Comfortable with:Internal team communicationCross-functional collaborationWritten communication (email, documentation)Nice-to-have:Experience working with EMR/EHR systemsClinical background or exposure to healthcare delivery environmentsPrior experience in healthcare operations is a strong advantageWhat Success Looks like:Efficient and error-free scheduling operationsHigh-performing, well-trained scheduling teamStrong coordination between caregivers and clinical teamsContinuous process improvements and operational scalabilityOur ValuesFamilies FirstRedefining healthcare starts with how we treat the parents and children we serve.
