Philadelphia Nursing Job Details Location: Philadelphia, PA 19140 – Pennsylvania healthcare jobs Setting: Intermediate Care Unit (Float Pool) Employment Type: Travel Nursing (locum tenens) Start Date: October 20, 2025 End Date: January 18, 2026 Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour night shifts Hours per Week: 36 Patient Ratio: 1:3 Estimated Weekly Salary Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1800 - $1930 per week Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Pennsylvania RN license or valid Multi-State Compact License Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Graduate of an accredited nursing program Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred Minimum 1 year of recent experience in ICU, Stepdown, or Intermediate Care Unit Additional specialty nursing certifications may be required Cardiac Stepdown RN Responsibilities Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team Float between Intermediate Care, Stepdown, and Med/Surg units as needed Perform advanced procedures including A-line, Bair Hugger System, FMS Systems, IV Insulin, IV Infusion/Endo, Stable DKA management, IPAP, Non-Invasive Ventilation, Telemetry, Peripheral Cath Withdrawals, and Nurse Collect Unit Direct nursing support staff according to standards of practice and hospital policies Utilize the nursing process to individualize patient care and collaborate with patients and families Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards Apply now to join our healthcare team and take the next step in your travel nursing career in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania!
