Advisors engage selectively and purposefully, supporting capital initiatives aligned with ImpactVest’s long-term vision and strategy. How Advisors Contribute Advisors may contribute in a variety of ways, including: • Supporting capital formation through targeted, strategic investor introductions aligned with ImpactVest’s long-term objectives • Participating in selected LP discussions, briefings, events, and capital-focused initiatives • Providing perspective on investor positioning, market dynamics, and long-term capital strategy • Serving as a trusted ambassador for ImpactVest within relevant capital ecosystems and investor communities The scope and nature of each advisor’s engagement reflects individual strengths, relationships, and alignment with the platform. Ideal Profile The Capital Advisory Council is intended for senior professionals with meaningful experience and credibility across private markets and capital ecosystems.
