Campus Recruiting Intern (Remote)
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Campus Recruiting Intern to join our team at DLA Piper! As a remote intern, you'll have the opportunity to work with a state-of-the-art and comfortable virtual workspace, and be part of a bold, exceptional, collaborative, and supportive team.
This internship is designed to provide you with practical work experience, reinforcing your college education and helping you grow your career. You'll be working part-time from February to May, and then switching to full-time hours from May to August, with a competitive hourly rate of $22.00 - $25.00, depending on your location.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for the recruiting department, including creating and editing documents, maintaining spreadsheets, and analyzing basic data
Research information, gather data, and prepare basic reports or analyses
Collate documents, brochures, or other materials, and prepare basic correspondence
Attend and participate in meetings to gain an understanding of department objectives and recent activities
Assist on special projects and assignments, and answer phones, files, and responds to questions as necessary
Requirements:
Solid skills in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Completion of at least two years of college, with a preference for 3 or more years
Interest in gaining practical work experience, with some previous office or internship experience preferred
