Campus Coordinator

The Campus Coordinator role involves providing support to the Campus Recruiting team, managing candidate interactions, and ensuring efficient recruitment processes.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and logistical support to the Campus Recruiting team throughout the full recruitment lifecycleCoordinate interview scheduling, assessment sessions, coffee chats, and related candidate engagements in a timely and accurate mannerAssist in the execution of on-campus and virtual recruitment events, ensuring all materials, schedules, and communications are prepared in advanceServe as a point of contact for candidates, delivering a professional and consistent candidate experienceIssue interview confirmations, event invitations, reminders, and general process updatesTrack candidate attendance, progress, and status updates in collaboration with recruitersEnter and maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking SystemSupport the preparation of hiring and event reports, spreadsheets, trackers, and related documentationEnsure all records are maintained in accordance with internal policies and audit requirementsCollaborate with campus recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and HR partners to ensure seamless execution of recruitment activitiesPrepare interviewer packets, resume books, event rosters, and other supporting materials as requiredAssist with travel coordination, expense processing, and vendor communication when neededMaintain shared mailboxes, calendars, and meeting schedules for the recruitment functionProvide general administrative support to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to recruitment timelinesContribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, documentation, and candidate interactionsSkillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to manage calendars, schedules, and high-volume communication effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the firm professionallyStrong interpersonal abilities to interact with candidates, hiring managers, university partners, and internal teamsHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and clarity in all communicationAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong logistical coordination skills, particularly for events, interviews, and multi-step processesAbility to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality workProactive approach, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt quicklyTeam-oriented mindset with a collaborative working stylePrior internship or exposure in HR, recruiting, university relations, or corporate coordinationBenefitsU.S. Corporate Medical/RxDentalVisionSpending AccountsLifeDisabilityVoluntary Benefits401(k)Paid Holidays/Vacation/Sick TimePaid Parental LeavePerformance BonusGrowth and development focused on your strengthsSupportive communities such as our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)Volunteer day - you get one additional paid day off each year to volunteer for a cause that matters to youCompany OverviewWe are people experts.
