Campus Billing and Support Assistant
Spring Education Group is a multi-brand education network of superior private school institutions spanning infant care through high school. The network (currently composed of approximately 220 schools) brings together some of the best private school programs in the country, with proven track records educating children through unique and carefully crafted curricula.
Spring Education Group is seeking a detail-oriented Campus Billing & Support Assistant to join our team on a remote, per diem basis. In this role, you’ll perform billing functions that support school operations and partner with our centralized billing team to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
What You’ll Do
• Process tuition billing, including updates for program or rate changes.
• Create additional invoices for camps, drop-in days, late fees, and ancillary programs.
• Support attendance tracking through Tadpoles to align with billing programs.
• Assist with enrollment audits for assigned schools.
• Manage agency account billing and issue approved credit memos.
• Process vacation credits and registration transactions in NetSuite.
• Conduct competitive pricing reviews as needed.
What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of related experience; prior school environment experience preferred.
• Accounting/billing background is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with school and administrative teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite, email, and internet tools.
• Organized, responsive, and able to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in work.
• Comfortable with basic math and creating a well-defined, productive workspace.
• Must be 18 years or older.
