Campground Resort Reservationist

About the Role We are looking for a dedicated Reservationist / Airbnb Co-Host to join our team at Red Run and Somerset Resort. This role is central to delivering exceptional guest experiences by managing reservations, handling communications, and co-hosting all resort cabins and camp sites. The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, and passionate about hospitality, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they inquire to the end of their stay. Key Responsibilities • Reservation Management • Process and manage reservations, including bookings, cancellations, and modifications. • Spend 30-35 hours per week at the office during summer months handling reservations and point of sale purchases. • Ensure accurate recordkeeping of all reservations and guest information. • Add unit listings for new cabins or camp sites on booking software • Airbnb & Co-Hosting Duties • Act as a co-host for all cabins at Red Run and Somerset Resort (4–5 days per week). • Respond promptly to Airbnb inquiries, ensuring professional and timely communication. • Coordinate check-in/check-out processes and guest messaging. • Guest Services & Communications • Take and return calls and inquiries for the resort. (limited to business hours) • Address guest complaints, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. • Handle emails regarding booking inquiries (limited to business hours) • Provide personalized assistance to ensure guest satisfaction and encourage positive reviews. Qualifications • Previous experience with Airbnb or short-term rental management. • Flexible and responsive, with strong commitment to guest satisfaction. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-first approach. • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
