Job Summary

The Campaign Manager supports the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand, generate leads, and support account-based marketing (ABM) strategies. Reporting to the Director of Integrated CX Solutions Marketing, this role translates strategic direction into actionable campaign plans and ensures effective execution across teams and channels. Through structured briefs, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination, the Campaign Manager helps deliver impactful, insight-driven campaigns that align with business goals and audience needs.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Planning
• Assist in the development of the annual campaign calendar under the direction of the Director and ensure timely execution of assigned initiatives.
• Conduct industry and vertical research to inform campaign strategy and contribute to the development of in-depth campaign briefs.
• Analyze competitor campaigns to identify trends, messaging approaches, and performance benchmarks, using findings to inform and differentiate Foundever’s campaign approach.
• Build and regularly update customer buyer personas to keep campaign messaging relevant, personalized, and aligned with evolving customer needs.

Campaign Development & Execution
• Create and manage digital-first marketing campaigns designed to grow brand awareness, generate leads, and accelerate sales pipeline activity.
• Develop strategic campaign briefs based on research, clearly outlining objectives, audience pain points, messaging, trends, and key deliverables.
• Define the content and asset requirements necessary to support campaign goals and drive engagement and conversions.
• Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all campaign-related queries, including preparation of execution documents such as the campaign overview deck.
• Partner with the project manager to ensure all campaign deliverables are completed on time and in accordance with the campaign calendar.

Content Development & Briefing
• Conceptualize and outline topics and storylines for short- and long-form content, including blogs, guides, e-books, whitepapers, and social media.
• Brief the creative team to ensure all deliverables align with campaign messaging, persona pain points, and industry insights.
• Review content outputs to ensure they align with the original brief and strategic direction, providing feedback strictly to support strategic consistency.

Performance Measurement & Optimization
• Partner with the Marketing Operations resources to evaluate monthly campaign performance metrics.
• Partner with Digital Marketing to provide insights and recommend optimizations to improve campaign outcomes, which may include refinements to messaging, content mix, or targeting.

Collaboration & Asset Management
• Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract relevant insights that enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain a well-organized and up-to-date repository of campaign assets for internal use.
• Identify and adapt relevant content from the global repository to support campaign execution and efficiency. Track upcoming content in development to identify potential alignment with future marketing campaigns.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on campaign and content strategy, execution, and performance optimization
• Demonstrated ability to create structured campaign briefs and manage end-to-end campaign execution across digital channels.
• Strong understanding of demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM) principles, audience segmentation and buyer persona development.
• Proven experience conducting market, vertical, and competitor research to shape campaign direction and positioning.
• Ability to brief and align cross-functional teams on strategic intent without contributing to creative development.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills; able to coordinate across marketing, sales, and subject matter experts.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, ABM tools, and generative AI applications, as well as an understanding of channel strategy across owned, earned, and paid media.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools
