This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a passionate, performance-oriented team while delivering measurable results through strategic paid media efforts.ResponsibilitiesExecute and manage paid media campaigns across platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital channels.Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle from setup to optimization and reporting, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and marketing goals.Optimize performance by analyzing key metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA), conducting A/B tests, adjusting bids, and refining audience targeting.Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align campaign messaging and ensure effective ad formats and assets.Develop insightful performance reports with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.Manage and allocate budgets to maximize ROI, reallocating resources to high-performing campaigns as needed.Stay updated on platform changes, market trends, and best practices in digital advertising to drive innovation.Conduct competitive research to identify new opportunities for paid media strategies.Requirements3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms.Proven track record of optimizing KPIs, including ROAS, CTR, and CPA.Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred).Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective collaboration with stakeholders.A growth mindset, adaptability to platform changes, and a passion for continuous learning.At The Global Talent Co., our mission is to bridge the gap between leading global tech companies and amazing global talent.
