Call Setter (Remote) – Fitness / Online Coaching Hourly + Performance-Based Opportunity We’re looking for a reliable, sharp Call Setter to join our team at Leppan Physiques — a results-driven online coaching company specialising in physique transformation, hypertrophy training, and real-food nutrition. This is not a spammy call centre role. You’ll be speaking with warm leads in the form of website applicants and new social media followers who may have already applied through our ads and are interested in online fitness coaching. ABOUT US: Leppan Physiques is an established coaching business based on the Gold Coast, Australia. We work with men 25-55 worldwide and are known for real results, structured systems, and no-BS coaching — not influencer fluff. We are experts in hypertrophy training, faqt-loss and delivering visible results for clients. YOUR ROLE: Your role is to be the first human contact for leads and help move qualified people onto booked calls. You will be responsible for: Calling warm inbound leads (no cold calling). Messaging new followers, reel-likers, commenters etc. Confirming interest, goals, and availability. Booking qualified prospects into our calendar. Following up with no-shows or missed calls. Updating lead status accurately in our systems. Keeping conversations professional, friendly, and on-track. You are not closing sales — your job is to set quality calls, not hard sell. WHAT WE WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Clear, confident spoken English. Comfortable on the phone (this is essential). Reliable internet and quiet call environment. Organised, punctual, and detail-oriented. Experience in call setting, appointment setting, or sales support is a strong advantage. Fitness interest is a bonus, but not required. HOURS & PAY: Part-time to start (with room to grow). • NO HOURLY PAY* This is a performance-based role with healthy incentives paid for booked calls that show-up, as well as increased commission paid when booked calls turn into sales.
