Call Centerl Represenative (Remote)

This leader in shareholder communications has an opportunity for Call Center Representatives to make outbound calls to confirm information. Must have Salesforce experience
This is a temporary role for approximately 8+ weeks.
What you need to know:
• Starting Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hr
• Hours: 11 am-7 pm EST, Monday through Friday
• 100% Remote role
• Temporary position to start either the week of May 15th or May 22nd and lasting approximately 8+ weeks
What you need to apply:
• 1+ years of prior experience in customer service (via phone or in person) role
• Salesforce experience
• The ability to communicate effectively. Be clear and concise.
• A computer
• Patience
• Enthusiasm
A typical day as a Call Center Representative might include:
• Place outbound calls to shareholders or members to confirm votes and/ or answer any questions shareholder/s may have.
• Follow the script to ensure compliance.
• Submit accurate and comprehensive call history for each account.
• Meet quality assurance requirements and time metrics.
• Will eventually receive inbound calls from shareholders and members.
