Job Description:
As a Call Center Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality customer service to our AT&T clients and customers. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, troubleshooting customer queries, and delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. You must possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to incoming customer calls and provide a comprehensive and satisfactory resolution to inquiries.
– Accurately document and update customer records in the system.
– Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
– Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated with product knowledge and customer service protocols.
– Work collaboratively with team members to meet or exceed designated call center metrics.
Qualifications:
– High School diploma or equivalent.
– Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is desirable.
– Proficient in basic computer skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
