Participate in 12 weeks of virtual online training to prepare for the role
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Must reside within 90 miles of Idaho Falls, Twin Falls, or Pocatello
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills and a passion for serving others
Experience in customer service, problem-solving, and education on products/services
Ability to navigate multiple computer software systems and strong keyboarding skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge of banking and financial services is a plus
Experience in a remote work environment
Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to pass a Spanish language assessment
