Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Schedule appointments and coordinate phone and office depositions with precision and attention to detail
Register new patients efficiently and accurately, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences
Maintain organized records of appointments and patient information, adhering to confidentiality and data protection standards
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in scheduling appointments and/or surgeries, preferably in a healthcare setting
Experience with insurance processes and requirements, with a strong understanding of medical terminology
Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts, with a reliable and professional approach to work
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a healthcare setting, with familiarity with medical terminology and scheduling software or tools
Proficiency in scheduling software or tools, with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new systems
