Call Center Reps - Remote - Must live in Indianapolis
The Remote Customer Care Agents will support the Indiana Department of Administration (IDOA). They will specifically support the users who utilize the Indiana GO Cards. In slower times, they will be able to support other areas of the business. This will only be handling inbound calls.
Responsibilities
• Defines or resolves inquiries received either through written or telephone correspondence.
• Answers questions regarding GO payments posting, payments disbursement, account histories, and card inquiries.
• Provides requested information.
• Maintain updated records and logs.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
Education/Skills/Experience Requirements
• High School diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in telephone customer service.
• Knowledge of the use of PCs and related software.
o Must pass PC Knowledge Test.
• Ability to navigate Internet Explorer and other Customer service applications and tools using multiple sessions.
• Experience in data entry (alpha and numeric) or with a 10-key calculator with minimal error ratio.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle highly stressful situations with professionalism and excellent quality
