What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high call volumes
Proficient in using computers and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
Familiarity with call center support systems and software
Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Experience with handling customer inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
