Call Center Representative - Evening Shift
Job Overview
The Call Center Representative is responsible for handling all inbound requests and outbound calls from potential customers interested in Marvin's Digital Business Venture's product and service offerings with the goal of converting these leads into sales appointments.
Highlights of your role
Ā Connect with potential customers via phone, text, email, and web chat
Ā Educate potential customers on our business and determining whether or not we have the right product/service for them
Ā Following up on inquiries
Ā Follow scripting and vetting standards to ensure all needed information is captured for each Sales appointment
Ā Review previous appointments and assess the needed approach to reschedule a customer as needed
Ā Capture contact information and project details and input into Salesforce
Ā Route unserviceable leads to other partnering businesses that can serve the potential customer
Compensation
$17 - $19 per hour (pay based on experience)
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
Ā Excellent time management and communication skills (Bilingual preferred)
Ā Take direction well and can follow procedures
Ā Experience in call centers, customer service, service industry, sales, or marketing in a customer-facing role
Ā Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing standards and situations
Ā Hands-on experience with any of the following systems would be helpful: Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Zendesk, Webflow, Typeform, Klaviyo, Calendly
Ā All combinations of education and experience will be considered
