Job description Customer Service Representative Location: Harrisburg, PA Pay Rate: $17 - $18/hr Shift: Monday - Friday, Day Shift - Remote after 90 days depending on performance. 9:30 am - 6 pm is the primary shift need Position Highlights: - Paid Holiday & PTO Accrual - Opportunity to Go Remote After 90 Days - Contract-to-Hire with Career Growth Opportunities - Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits Available Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound calls for account inquiries and applications. - Process payments and update account information. - Document customer concerns and follow up via mail or email. - Perform account maintenance and prepare daily reports. Requirements: - Experience: 1+ year of customer service (Call Center preferred; retail acceptable). - Good Tenure Needed - Skills: Proficient in data entry and computer systems. - Education: High School Diploma or GED (proof required). - Must pass a drug test (within 48 hours of offer) and a 7-year background check. Work Environment: - Professional call center setting with a business casual dress code (jeans OK; no leggings or sweatpants).
