Call Center - Registered Nurse/Surge Specialist - Healthcare (Remote)

We are currently seeking experienced Healthcare Specialists to join our team!!

Job Summary: As a Healthcare Specialist – Customer Service Representative, you will be supporting a Federal Agency and delivering personalized, empathetic responses to health-related questions from the medical community. In short, you will be responsible for receiving and processing questions from medical professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other medical related facilities and corresponding accordingly via phone. These are full-time (40 hours per week) 100% remote positions.

Qualifications: At a minimum, individuals must have a combination of educational background and work experience providing quality nursing care to patients as follows:

1) A Registered Nurse (RN) with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

2) An LPN with 3-4 years of relevant experience.

3) A Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field with 4+ years of relevant experience.

4) An Associate’s degree and / or Certifications in a health-related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.

You must understand various diseases and illnesses and have solid experience communicating with medical professionals such as physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. You must be able to follow general instructions in addition to established policies, practices, and procedures. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to speak with proper English grammar and syntax. Must have knowledge of word processing and other computer applications and be able to work independently without supervision.
